The Council of Europe welcomes offers of video content from third-party contributors, on the basis that it is donated on a non-financial basis, free of any charge and/or copyright payments. In return, the Council of Europe undertakes to inform the donor of its decision to accept or decline their offer. In the event of a positive reply, the Council undertakes to subsequently publish the agreed content at a time of the Council’s choosing on one or more of its digital communication channels. Donor organisations can at any time request that the Council removes their content from its website or social media channels, and this request will be respected as soon as possible following the request.
