Women are not equal, even in Nordic countries

Anne Lammila is Finland's Ambassador for Gender Equality.  Her job is to raise awareness of the issues surrounding gender equality both at home and abroad. Finland is the most gender-equal country in the European Union. In this interview, Ms Lammila discusses the need to harness women's potential, the gender pay gap, quotas and gender sensitivity in education. She argues that gender equality is good for the economy.
