Dear Santa....

This video was made by film students at the Universidade Lusófona in Lisbon, Portugal. It illustrates the struggles faced by migrants who come to live in Europe. In it, a young boy is writing to Santa. While his friends ask for presents and toys, he just wishes to see his family again.

Migrants are human beings with the same needs and desires as other citizens. Having escaped a war zone, they may struggle to adapt to their new life and miss their home countries. However, tolerance, acceptance, and support is the best way to ease this adjustment.
